We offer you PBeaKKDirekt as a free service. With our app, you can send us your documents digitally, and we also provide you with a digital mailbox for receiving your documents. This means you save postage costs when submitting, and you save time because the postal route is eliminated in both directions.

We accept your documents 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you will receive receipt and forwarding confirmations directly in the app. You can send us your documents via photo, PDF upload, or by scanning barcodes through PBeaKKDirekt. We digitally dispatch your documents from Monday to Friday promptly after completion.

Our special app feature is the "application-free" refund. It applies to refunds requested for the insurance or assistance number registered in the app. In the app, you confirm your data again. In this case, all you need for your submission are your invoices, receipts, and prescriptions.

If there are specific details in your benefit or reimbursement request, we require a signed and fully completed benefit application. Simply click "Request with Special Circumstances" in the app.

In addition, you will receive forwarding and receipt confirmations in the app. Subsequently, we check if your submitted documents are complete and legible. We will inform you directly in the app about the current status of each submission – in the status overview: Forwarding & Storage, Receipt & Review, Processing Start, or Error.

The delivery of notifications and other documents from PBeaKK to you as a customer is done digitally through the app once you activate your mailbox and shipping settings.
